I've tried mamny different brands of cacao. This one is very fresh and is so yummy with oatmeal. Ive been having every morning the past week with honey, walnuts and cinnamon and i have much more energy since ive been starting my day off with this. Absolutely love this cacao.

I tried eating as is, not in a smoothie, however I decided to mix it in my coffee beans, winds up being a delicious healthier morning coffee! This should go a long way.

I love chocolate, but as a diabetic it’s not a good idea. There’s some question about dark chocolate, but it needs to have less than ideal additives for me to find it palatable. These cacao nibs actually satisfy my craving! I first tried a smallish teaspoon on my morning yogurt and was absolutely delighted! Serving size is listed at 3 tbsp, but the tiny amount on my palm was plenty. These cacao nibs will be a fine answer to my chocolate cravings!
